Attached below is the routine for the Active Wear Optional Competition. Required components include: 

• “muscle pose, muscle pose, lunge, lunge” at the center mark 
• 2 jumping jacks at the last mark 

Additional skills or "tricks" may not be added. Modeling components such as pivots, spins, turns, etc at the second mark and while walking between marks are permitted.
